Tulare County Water Usage
- Tulare County Farm Bureau opposes
any transfer, exchange or similar transaction which has the effect
of reducing the amount of water available for beneficial use within
the area unless the transfer, exchange or similar transaction can be
completed in one year or less and water is determined to be surplus
to the area needs.
- Tulare County Farm Bureau will
consider opposition to any transfer, exchange or similar transaction
involving any water otherwise available within the area, which may
jeopardize the legal, political or policy position in any legal,

of public policy needed to maintain and enhance the availability of
water within the Tulare County
area.
