Definition of Voting Member That we have a strong interpretation and follow the definition literally as found in the bylaws with no flexibility and recommend to CFBF that we have a uniform definition of voting members. Membership Roster for Board It was agreed that directors could have a full list of the membership roster with the caution that the list is confidential and for their use only. The membership list, or partial lists may be given out for a specified purpose only after board, by 4/5 vote of the board, approves it on a case by case basis.
