The Tulare County Farm Bureau Executive Committee consists of the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and the CFBF District Director and Immediate Past President, each serving up to two one-year terms. 2007-2008 Tulare County Farm Bureau Officers President - Keith Watkins 1st Vice President - vacant 2nd Vice President - Jason George Treasurer - Louise Fisher Brooke Immediate Past President - Craig Knudson CFBF District Director - Nancy Pitigliano Meet the officers: Keith Watkins - A Visalia native, Keith attended U.C. Davis where he received a degree in Agricultural Science and Management. A farm manager for Bee Sweet Citrus, Keith has been farming a variety of citrus fruits for over 25 years and is a graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership program. Jason George - A Dinuba native, Jason is employed by his family's stone and tree fruit operation. Jason is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agricultural Business Management. Jason also currently serves an appointment on the Tulare County Fair Board. Louise Fisher Brooke - Louise is involved in her family's citrus farming business near Strathmore and holds a degree in Anthropology from U.C. Berkeley and is a graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership program. Craig Knudson - Born in Exeter, California, Craig has been involved in agriculture for nearly 40 years. Craig received a degree in Agricultural Business Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Today, Craig farms tree fruit and citrus crops in the Ivanhoe area. Nancy Pitigliano - Originally from Southern California, Nancy moved to the San Joaquin Valley at an early age and later attended College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California. Nancy and her family now farm a number of crops in the Tipton area including wine grapes, almonds, alfalfa, dry beans, wheat and corn. Nancy is involved in a number of service and agricultural organizations including California Women for Agriculture. |
