The Tulare County Farm Bureau is dedicated to educating residents about the importance of agriculture to the well being of our entire population. Thus, the TCFB Education Committee is dedicated to providing information about agriculture's role in a healthy economy to both rural and urban audiences. The Committee sponsors a Youth Leadership Program for high school juniors that helps prepare the next generation of county leaders to understand more about agriculture and assists in their overall personal development. The committee is also dedicated to the Ag in the Classroom state foundation. Through this educational program, the Farm Bureau is able to bring agriculture's message to school children through informative and interactive demonstrations, tours, classroom curriculum, and other educational activities.
